GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
A minimum rental period of 24 hours is required for all rentals. Any vehicle rented for less than 24 hours will be charged a full day's rate.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
The renter’s minimum age is 21; the renter must own a valid Driving License that has been effective at least for the last 12 months.

Only the drivers mentioned in the contract are authorized to drive the vehicle.

COVERAGE PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN RATES
All-risk Insurance, Third Party Insurance, offering unlimited indemnity in respect to third party injuries and property damage, and Travel Assistance.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE
Fuel, Burglary Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, VAT and other Extras.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Estimated cost payment will be required when signing your rental contract on the collection of the vehicle.

Effective rental cost will be presented for payment or refund, when the rental vehicle is returned in accordance with the rental terms and conditions.

GOING ABROAD
Rentals for vehicle use out of the country will include a Personal Accident Insurance covering the authorized driver and passengers in the vehicle for death, disability and medical expenses.
